Community Development Officer - Shire of Mundaring
6 Months Fixed Term
The Shire of Mundaring is seeking a dedicated and skilled Community Development Officer to join the Community, Culture and Visitor Experience team on a six-month fixed-term contract.

Key duties and responsibilities include :
- Develop and deliver community engagement strategies and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, stakeholders, and service providers.
- Support the planning and evaluation of community development projects.
- Promote equity, inclusion, and cultural awareness in all aspects of your work.
- Prepare reports, potential funding submissions, and work within strategy deliverables.
- Promote and support volunteering in line with Shire policy and procedures.
- Knowledge of community funding programs such as SmartyGrants would be advantageous.
A salary in the range of $87,933 to $92,769 will be offered, dependent on skills, ability, and experience.
