**Position Overview**:
Working directly with our CEO/Founder, the Butler/Personal Assistant will be the right hand of the CEO. The Personal Assistant acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on all matters relating to the CEO. You must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of tasks with utmost discretion, and be able to travel with the CEO, without a permanent home. You will accompany the CEO during travels and engagements, providing continuous support. This position involves significant travel.

**Responsibilities**:
The Butler/Personal Assistant is also expected to manage the CEO's lifestyle and ensure that all daily necessities are prepared for his convenience as he has a busy day-to-day:

- Arranging three meals a day adhering to dietary requirements
- Ensuring that necessary supplements and medications are prepared daily and taken by the CEO
- Keeping track of the CEO's health and well-being (this includes ensuring all necessary vaccinations and annual health screenings are arranged and completed)
- Responsible for packing the CEO's personal belongings for constant travel
- Following up on any pending tasks that are not completed and overseeing them to completion

**Requirements**:

- You will be required to travel with the CEO on all business travels
- You will be required to work 5 days per week (7 hours), and on weekends (1-2 hours)
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Tech-savvy and travel-savvy, able to navigate in different countries well
- Must be able to speak and read English
- Ability to speak and read mandarin is optional
