About the role
Fixed-term, temporary, full-time opportunity to supervise the day-to-day running of the RBWH Retail Food Outlet (Subway), ensuring effective and efficient service.
Supervise outlet staff and foster a positive team culture.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be able to carry out the following key responsibilities in accordance with Metro North Health's values:
Provide effective and efficient communication to all staff.
Coordinate and oversee the activities of the Retail Food Service (Subway) outlet to ensure efficient and effective service.
Manage staff performance.
