Spectra Fire Pty Ltd is a specialist consultancy delivering advanced fire engineering solutions across multiple sectors including high-hazard industries. We are seeking an experienced Fire Safety Consultant to join our Brisbane-based team and take over a critical client-facing role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement performance-based fire safety solutions aligned with the National Construction Code.

Conduct fire risk assessments, hazard analyses, and fire modelling (e.g., FDS).

Prepare detailed documentation and liaise with building certifiers, regulators, and stakeholders.

Manage project schedules and technical deliverables across multidisciplinary teams.

Support compliance, design, and consulting services on major infrastructure and industrial projects.

**Essential Criteria**:
Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years' professional experience in high-hazard or performance-based engineering roles.

Strong working knowledge of fire safety codes, fire dynamics, and modelling software.

Proven track record managing technically complex projects with autonomy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement.

**Desirable**:
CPEng or NER registration.

Experience in performance solution documentation and peer review processes.
