The **Furniture Solutions Specialist** is to prospect identify and leverage new customer relationships through the development of New Business Sales Plans & Existing Winc Accounts. Key target markets are within the Project Management, Architecture and Design & Construction Industries. To identify the opportunity, win the project and effectively handover the project brief to the Project Management & Project Coordinator Teams.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Proactive identification, targeting and acquiring of new business to create qualified pipeline through sales plans, analysis and development of contact networks
- Scheduling and attending face to face meetings with high level decision and influencers to win new business
- Continual development of sales strategies to build relationships and pipeline of opportunities
- Develop strong client relationships at multiple levels that lead to new business and referral business
- Deliver and maintain high standards of professionalism, conduct, customer service and customer administration at all times
- Identify market trends to support Business Interiors Business Strategy

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Proven track record in the Commercial Furniture or Education Furniture sector
- Proven track record in Lead Generation, building and building a pipeline
- Experience of selling a portfolio of products
- Successfully delivering and hitting targets consistently in a very competitive market place
