Job Title: Estimation Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing quotes and estimations tailored to customer requirements, providing furniture product advice to the sales team, and building strong relationships with suppliers.

  • Understand customer design ideas, collaborate with the sales and project teams to create a furniture solution that meets their needs and budget.">
  • Prepare competitive estimates, quotes, and proposals for clients, including mood boards and inspiration presentations.">
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.">
  • Liaise with suppliers to source products that meet customer design briefs.">
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitive pricing to offer the best solutions to customers.">
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure orders are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.">

  • You must be customer-centric, solution-focused, and accountable for end-to-end results.">
  • Exceptional time management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.">
  • Quoting and proposal preparation experience is highly regarded, as well as basic understanding of pricing concepts.">
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.">
  • Working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.">
  • Experience in commercial furniture, construction, and/or commercial fit-outs is highly regarded but not essential.">
  • Interest in design and/or design background is highly regarded – interior design, graphic design, industrial design, 2D CAD experience, etc.">
