We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Removal Specialist.

About the Opportunity

As a Removal Specialist, you will be responsible for loading and unloading furniture at our warehouse, ensuring all goods are protected. You will also assist with pick-up and deliveries to properties, always protecting and caring for goods and the client's premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading at the warehouse, using manual handling or a walkie stacker when required.
  • Assisting with pick-up and deliveries to properties, always protecting and caring for goods and the client's premises.
  • Following safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Providing excellent customer service, including blanket wrapping and furniture assembly when required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in removals or similar delivery roles.
  • Sound knowledge of the area.
  • Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting safely.
  • A friendly attitude, good communication, and excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and flexible, with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work well in a small team.
