**Role Overview**:
As the **Practice Manager**, you will play a key role in overseeing the management and operation of the practice. This includes administrative tasks, financial management, staff supervision, patient relations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. You will work closely with clinicians and the leadership team to ensure that the practice delivers exceptional patient care while maintaining an efficient and effective working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the practice, including patient appointments, networking and workflow management.
- **Financial Management**: Manage budgets, billing, and financial reporting. Ensure cost-effective practices and handle insurance claims and reimbursements.
- **Staff Supervision**: Lead and support a team of administrative and clinical staff. This includes recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- **Compliance and Quality Control**: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, practice policies, and quality standards.
- **Patient Relations**: Provide excellent service to patients, handle patient complaints or concerns, and ensure their experience at the practice is positive and professional.
- **Technology Management**: Oversee practice software, ensuring they are up to date and utilised effectively.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in a practice management or healthcare administration role ().
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., AHPRA, NDIS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with healthcare software, Clinko & Halaxy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A relevant qualification in healthcare management, business administration, or related field is desirable.
