The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, be motivated, and work effectively in a team environment to contribute to the store's performance.This is a full-time position, offering a 5-weekday, 38-hour work week, competitive pay, and significant career growth opportunities.What you will be doingEnsuring the health and safety of all staff, customers, and contractors within their departmentServing customers by assisting with their orders and providing fast, efficient serviceOperating forklifts, loading, and unloading trucks as requiredPicking orders for deliveryStocking mainly timber and related productsWhat you will bringA strong customer focusAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize workload to meet deadlinesPhysical fitness to stand all dayAn eye for detail and a sense of urgencyForklift Ticket and Driver's License are advantageous but not mandatoryAbout UsMitre 10 is the 'Mighty Helpful' independent hardware store – Proudly Local, Helping Locals.
