What your day may look like:
Providing an exceptional customer experience with the loan application process
Responding to customers and business partner's enquiries via phone, email and webchat
Participating in team stand ups and contributing to continuous improvement of our services and process
Building relationships and providing free-thinking solutions to our customers and business partners
Having fun and learning with your team
