What your day may look like:

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience with the loan application process
  • Responding to customers and business partner's enquiries via phone, email and webchat
  • Participating in team stand ups and contributing to continuous improvement of our services and process
  • Building relationships and providing free-thinking solutions to our customers and business partners
  • Having fun and learning with your team
