About the role :
Provide advice to all existing customers and business partners in relation to all aspects of loans after settlement
Produce customer correspondence and participate in continuous improvement
Progression and learning opportunities within the business; going into roles in lending / product, settlements, credit, or small business

What do you need?
Full Australian working rights – Australian / NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
Degree qualification or higher within the past 3 years
Achieved a credit average (65%) or higher
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong team-based orientation and ability
