**Location - Coldstream**
**Salary Range - $65,000k - plus super**
**Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm**
**Boarding Kennels and Cattery - Animal Aid Coldstream**

Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations and bookings for boarding services
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and their pets
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the kennels and surrounding areas
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with other staff members and volunteers
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and file management
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience working with animals is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- A passion for animals and their welfare
- Basic knowledge of animal care and handling
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

This role is also an integral part of our greater animal welfare mission; delivered by a team of dedicated staff and volunteers across Animal Aid businesses including Shelters, Boarding Facilities, Grooming Services, Animal Training, Retail, Fundraising and Community Engagement.
