**lOvernight NDIS Support workers - 2 required for Hillcrest for an 11yo boy**

**MILK PEG FEEDING & CPAP experience is ESSENTIAL**

WILLINGNESS TO DRIVE A VEHICLE modified for wheelchair access

Occasional TRANSFERS - lift is available inhouse, otherwise a 2 person lift

**Monday to Sunday - up to 7 days available**
- 11pm - 7am
- Passive 8 hour shift
- FLAT RATE $210 per night
- **Young boy with severe muscular dystrophy - gastro feeding - milk peg feeds, medication administration, through the peg.**

**PASSIVE OVERNIGHT DUTIES**:
Medication administration as required

Change nappies as needed

Move him from side to side every 1 or more hours

If you need to work more than 2 hours then we pay per hourly rate (Night rate)

REPORTS TO: Support Coordinator

? Assistance with Daily Personal Activities - to enable people with needs to live as autonomously as possible - supports are provided by personnel with experience/qualification. You will be providing in home personal care & domestic assistance for our disabled participants. And taking participants to where they need to go.

ESSENTIAL: Meet all NDIS reporting requirements.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Disability Support Worker - Minimum Cert III in Disability**

ESSENTIAL:
Current DHS Disability Clearance & Working With Children Clearance

Current First Aid Certificate & CPR

Current Manual Handling Certificate
