**NDIS Support workers - 2 required for Hillcrest for a 10yo boy**

**MILK PEG FEEDING EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL**

WILLINGNESS TO DRIVE A VEHICLE modified for wheelchair access

Occasional TRANSFERS - 2 person lift

WORKING ON ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATE SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

3 SHIFTS:
**Monday to Friday**

7am - 9.15am,

2:30-8pm

4-8pm

Casual hours:

- **Young boy with severe muscular dystrophy - gastro feeding - milk peg feeds, medication administration, showering, dressing, changing nappies**

REPORTS TO: Support Coordinator

? Assistance with Daily Personal Activities - to enable people with needs to live as autonomously as possible - supports are provided by personnel with experience/qualification. You will be providing in home personal care & domestic assistance for our disabled participants. And taking participants to where they need to go.

ESSENTIAL: Meet all NDIS reporting requirements.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Disability Support Worker - Minimum Cert III in Disability**

ESSENTIAL:
Current DHS Disability Clearance & Working With Children Clearance

Current First Aid Certificate & CPR

Current Manual Handling Certificate
