Chairo Christian School is a non-denominational Christian school with over 1,700 Kinder to Year 12 students attending five picturesque campuses in West and South Gippsland, the Latrobe Valley and the south-eastern outskirts of Melbourne.

Our mission is to provide excellence in Christ-centred education in partnership with families within a caring Christian community. In doing this, we aim to prepare students thoroughly for further study, careers, service and life in general.

We are currently seeking the services of dedicated **Property Team Member/s** to be available to assist at our Drouin, Drouin East and/or Traralgon campuses. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a caring Christian environment and provide important improvement and maintenance to our campuses.

Some key responsibilities will include:

- providing a godly example to students and fellow staff members through their practice, manner, relationships and general lifestyle;
- Responsibility for using vehicles, plant, mowers and equipment required to undertake daily routine tasks in a safe manner;
- Work with skilled tradespersons at times to service and maintain facilities and equipment as required;
- As part of the team, maintaining records of essential services and occupational health tests and checks;
- A demonstrated commitment to the school's Statement of Faith
- Skills in operation of tools, plant and machinery.
- Understanding and experience in Occupational Health and Safety procedures
- Any trade certificates or related qualifications (desirable)
