This position is based at QIC Canberra Centre in the Australian Capital Territory and is on a casual basis.The RoleThe Customer Service Team Member plays an integral role in the guest experience as the first point of contact for our clients' customers.
The Concierge greets visitors at the customer service desk with a helpful and welcoming attitude and assists guests with queries and special requests, creating a positive first impression.
The role provides accurate information and directions, anticipates customer needs, and resolves complaints to delight the customer by going above and beyond.
