**APS6 - Program Manager, Acquisitions (EOI - external)**:

- Be responsible for coordinating the activities of a small and responsive team
- The role contributes to core collecting activities and requires strong communication for ensuring requests are within the capacity of the team
- Non-ongoing opportunity for 3 months

Undertake complex work including:

- Acquisition pathways including bulk e-deposits, legal deposit claiming, donations and bequests.
- Archival and published purchases.
- The Cultural Gifts program.

You will work collaboratively to ensure new collections are acquired efficiently, guided by recommendations from Curatorial and Collection Management.

You will supervise a flexible team providing internal and external stakeholders with clear and consistent processes for Library acquisitions across different formats.

You will build, support and manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve objectives and build understanding of the Library's acquisition needs.

Experience of collection management in the heritage sector is desirable as is relevant qualifications or experience.
