Electrical Compliance Inspector - Solar & Battery (Port Hedland)

The Role
We are seeking a Battery & Solar Electrical Inspector for our Port Hedland operations.
You will conduct battery / solar and electrical installation inspections on consumer installations, ensuring they meet the highest safety, Regulatory and standards compliance.
Using your iPad as a core tool, you'll record inspection data, upload photos, and complete reports instantly while on site, ensuring fast, accurate compliance management.
You will also be responsible for investigating serious electrical events — including shocks, fires, and non-compliance — in line with WA's Electricity Licensing Regulations 1991, contributing to safer energy delivery across the Pilbara.
This is a regionally based role with occasional weekly or short inland trips.

What you'll need
WA Electrical Worker's Licence – essential for Inspector designation
Eligibility to be designated as an Electrical Inspector (Electrical)
Strong understanding of Australian Standards, Regulations and testing and checking
Experience or willingness to gain specialist skills in solar and battery inspection, testing, and verification
Strong iPad and mobile reporting skills
Proven commitment to safety and compliance
