**About the Role**

We're seeking a passionate and experienced **Clinical Care Manager** to lead our growing team in the Northern Rivers. Reporting directly to the General Manager, and working closely with a collaborative leadership team, you'll oversee the clinical care of our valued clients and guide a team of Care Coordinators and Community Nurses.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse ready to step into a senior leadership role or for an established Clinical Manager looking for long-term stability in a people-first, locally owned business that values excellence and care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care aligned with Aged Care and NDIS Quality Standards.
- Oversee clinical governance, including care plans, assessments, incident reporting, and audits.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to clinical and coordination staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Directors, General Manager, and Client Services Managers to achieve strategic goals.
- Maintain compliance and uphold the highest clinical standards in all aspects of care delivery.
- Champion our mission by supporting clients to live independently and pursue the things they love.

**About You**

You're a confident, compassionate leader who:

- Holds current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions).
- Has at least 3 years of leadership experience in a Clinical Lead/Manager role.
- Brings strong clinical knowledge, particularly in complex care, medication management, catheterisation, diabetes management, and compliance with Aged Care/NDIS frameworks.
- Excels in mentoring and motivating teams, with a proven track record of meeting performance and care quality KPIs.
- Is proactive and solutions-focused, with strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.
- Communicates with warmth and professionalism, building strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and stakeholders.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and values collaboration, authenticity, and accountability.
- Has experience in community health, in-home care, or disability support (highly regarded).
- Demonstrates strong digital literacy and is confident with technology and documentation.

**Essential Requirements**
- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (with no restrictions)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- QLD Driver's Licence (unrestricted)
- National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable People Sector)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Full working rights in Australia
