We are seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our sports coverage and rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in movement analysis and testing with access to sports science technology to support their services.

The primary function of this position is to develop and implement individualised exercise programs for prevention, rehabilitation, and performance. This will include hands-on manual therapy that is clinically necessary and beneficial.

  • This role involves the development of strength and conditioning programs, therefore strength and conditioning experience and certification is highly valuable.
  • Confidence and experience in gym-based programming and instruction is vital for this position.
  • The opportunity exists for sports coverage leadership, where you have the chance to lead a team under your care and guidance. This requires availability in evenings and weekends.

To be successful in this role, you must be a registered physiotherapist with active registration and insurance (or soon to be).

You should have experience and confidence with gym-based programming and instruction, as well as passion for helping others.

A key requirement for this position is experience with individualised exercise prescription and modification, as well as small group exercise instruction and one-on-one coaching.

Movement coaching and correction skills are also essential, as well as a passion for learning and growth.
