We're on the lookout for a Performance Executive to play a pivotal role in a dynamic team. You'll be instrumental in devising and implementing cutting-edge strategies across key paid media channels such as Google Search Ads and Paid Social. Your mission? To transform campaigns into triumphs for some of the most prominent retail brands in Australia and globally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create innovative performance marketing strategies in line with client objectives.
- Oversee campaigns from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Programmatic and Social teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
- Engage in thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to explore new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor campaign performance meticulously, leveraging data to drive actionable insights and enhance ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- A proven track record in a Performance Marketing role, ideally within an agency setting.
- At least one year of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
- A data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze and interpret campaign metrics.
- You're a strategic thinker, excellent problem solver, and effective decision-maker.
- Exceptional communication skills and a pro at teamwork.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
