**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Concrete Grinding and Sealing:

- Operate remote-controlled grinder to achieve precise and smooth concrete surfaces.

2. Glue Removal:

- Utilize effective techniques and tools to remove adhesives and glues from concrete surfaces.

3. Full Polishing:

- Execute full polishing processes to achieve desired gloss and finish on concrete surfaces.

4. Equipment Operation:

- Safely operate and maintain all tools and equipment, including the remote-controlled grinder, ensuring optimal performance.

5. Night Shift Work:

- Adhere to a night work schedule to minimize disruptions to client operations.

6. Supply Management:

- Manage and organize supplies efficiently to ensure all necessary materials are readily available for each project.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in concrete grinding, sealing, and polishing.
- Familiarity with the operation of remote-controlled grinders.
- Ability to perform glue removal and full polishing to meet project specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
