Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Craftsman to work with foundations, piers, walls, stairs, pits, trenches, slabs, and formwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions, shape, design, and materials required.
  • Organize, sequence, and perform assigned tasks within schedule.
  • Prepare surfaces for concrete placement, including forming and finishing.
  • Place concrete, slab on grade, and elevated decks using various equipment.
  • Saw cut control joints for added durability.
  • Make repairs to cured concrete surfaces (walls and slabs) as needed.
  • Apply curing compounds and sealers to protect and preserve the concrete.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to established safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Experience working with concrete and construction equipment is essential.
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans is crucial.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to meet project deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to work at heights and in confined spaces is required.
