We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Craftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with various concrete structures, including foundations, piers, walls, stairs, pits, trenches, slabs, and formwork.

About the Role

  • Read specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layouts and determine dimensions, shape, design, and materials required.
  • Organize and sequence assigned tasks within schedule.
  • Prepare, form, and place concrete for flatwork, slab on grade, and elevated decks.
  • Operate equipment such as trucks, cranes, buckets, and pumps to handle concrete placement.
  • Saw cut control joints to ensure structural integrity.
  • Perform repairs to cured concrete surfaces, including walls and slabs.
  • Apply curing compounds and sealers to extend concrete lifespan.
  • Utilize necessary tools to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to established safety protocols.
