**The core capability requirements for this role are**:

- Research, analyse, assess, audit and provide written and verbal feedback to Senior Management on the service delivery quality of the:

- weapons Licensing Management System (WLMS)
- knowledge and interpretation of processes, procedures, policies and legislation
- staff performance (transactional and team related)
- Make recommendations and implement programs of work based on findings to continually improve service delivery benchmarks.
- Develop and implement a competency and standards framework for QA in Weapons Licensing which includes the analysis of performance, client and industry feedback and statistics.
- Audit end to end transactions across all elements of Weapons Licensing to ensure outcome consistency and quality results.
- Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to ensure information delivery is consistent and relevant to the intended audience.
- Analysis of performance, statistics and client and industry feedback in order to recommend programs of work and strategies to achieve organisational goals.
- Actively participate in a team environment and support a positive workplace culture.
- Operate with a high level of autonomy, whilst providing an effective, efficient and comprehensive client and administrative support service.

- This position is required to perform some scheduled after-hours duties to respond to systems maintenance as required.
- The occupant of this position may supervise a number of administrative staff.
