A Tier 1 partner in the industry welcomes a dedicated Quality and Assurance Officer (QA) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing Billion Dollar projects across Queensland including the Gold Coast ensuring that project teams adhere to quality and completion processes according to their Quality Management Systems. Reporting to the National Site Quality Assurance Manager, you'll be at the forefront of fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct audits across portfolios.
- Prepare comprehensive reports addressing quality issues, observations, and non-conformances.
- Make valuable recommendations for improvement.
- Efficiently close out audit reports and present insightful feedback to management.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Quality Management Plans (QMP), systems, and procedures, including Individual Test Plans (ITPs).
- Create awareness, onboard, and provide training on QMP and relevant systems.
- Manage internal and external consultants and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal legislations.
- Maintain Quality Control functions within Procore.
