An incredible opportunity is currently available for a fixed and mobile plant **Maintenance Supervisor/Production Supervisor**, at our **Byford Quarry,** located 38km SE of Perth, 8km South of Armadale & 33km East of Rockingham.
Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this role will be responsible for scheduling and supervising maintenance operations with a focus on safety, eliminating downtime by implementing preventative maintenance plans.

**In your new role, you will**:

- Be responsible for overall fixed and mobile Repairs and Maintenance budgets and cost control
- Manage a diverse range of contractors
- Adhere to SAP based plant maintenance plans and processes
- Ensure critical spares are identified and accessible, consumable stocks are procured in a timely fashion, wear part performance is tracked and analyzed
- Schedule maintenance as to ensure production goals are met
- Participate in and chair site maintenance planning meetings involving contractors, site Leading Hands and Manager
- Develop and implement methods and work practices that impact the overall performance of the business
- Monitor Plant Availability and Co-Efficient data to ensure production and downtime targets are achieved
- Undertake diagnostic tasks and root cause analysis of failures
- Manage and review inspections, fault reports, plant maintenance reports and ensure suitable actions are taken and maintenance documentation is carried out
- Liaise with site Leading Hands to schedule and undertake day to day maintenance tasks
- This position will also include some crossover with production related tasks as required.
