Boral Perth, Western Australia, Australia Join or sign in to find your next job Join to apply for the Tradesperson - Quarries role at Boral Based in Boral's Orange Grove Quarry and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we are seeking an experienced multiskilled Tradesperson for our day shift.
The primary responsibilities include maintaining on-site production facilities and equipment to high standards to ensure optimal production performance and safe operations.
This role may involve shift work and weekend hours, which will be compensated with a loading penalty.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities : Work safely in accordance with Boral's policies and procedures.
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and testing during planned shutdowns.
Install new equipment and upgrade existing equipment on-site.
Plan jobs, including assessing required work equipment.
Assist with organizing quotes and ordering parts as needed.
Candidate Requirements : Experience in installation and maintenance within an industrial environment.
Quarry and commercial industrial experience are desirable but not mandatory.
Industrial fault-finding skills.
Exposure to plant control systems.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to work overtime if required.
Experience with crushing, screening, or conveyors is highly regarded.
