**Through the delivery of broad-ranging, high quality healthcare services, the Royal Flying Doctor Service (South Eastern Section) aims to close the healthcare gap and improve the health outcomes of those living in our regional, rural and remote communities.***

**The role**:
***

**You will manage the Database team and report to the Head of Fundraising and provide crucial insights for fundraising campaigns.**
- Support the team with monthly reporting requirements, using your SQL and advanced Excel knowledge
- Assist in the preparation of new campaign modelling
- Provide insights and recommendations for post campaign analysis
- Actively contribute to business process improvement initiatives
- Support the Database Coordinators and Data Analyst to succeed with their role

**Essential requirements**:
***

**You will have experience in data analysis and will understand how to segment and extract target lists for campaigns, and present insightful reports and analysis on stakeholder behaviours.**
- Available for an immediate start (Thursday 15th September)
- Advanced skills in Excel, knowledge and understanding of SQL and working with CRM databases
- Transferrable experience from a similar role providing leadership to a data team
- Experience with data modelling and forecasting
- Background in Business Analytics and/ or Data Analysis
- Knowledge of fundraising
- The ability to collaborate and interact with a variety of different stakeholders internally
- Excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise competing demands
