**Role Overview**:
**As a Program Supervisor on our Behaviour Support and Therapy team, you play a pivotal role in shaping children's lives through innovative programming. With your expertise in applied behaviour analysis and your passion for making a difference, you will guide our team to deliver exceptional services. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a central role in driving our strategic initiatives and elevating the quality of care we provide.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Navigator**: Craft and execute individualised behaviour support and skill development plans for diverse clients, ranging from children to adults, in various settings such as home, school, and community. Assume responsibility for assessing, designing, and monitoring comprehensive treatment plans.
- ** Visionary Leadership**: Lead and inspire our team of behaviour therapists by conducting regular clinical meetings, workshops, and coaching sessions. Foster a dynamic learning environment that continuously enhances the capabilities of our therapists.
- ** Collaborative Influencer**:Collaborate closely with the Speech and Language Therapy team to ensure a holistic approach to communication and behaviour interventions
- ** Data-Driven Excellence**: Use assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, and more to conduct rigorous skills assessments and functional behaviour analyses. Ensure precision in data collection systems and uphold the integrity of procedural implementation.
- ** Innovation and Education**: Drive innovation by supporting our clinical leadership team in designing and executing small group programs, leveraging evidence-based practices. Deliver impactful parent education and coaching sessions, fostering empowerment and lasting change.
- ** Professional Growth**: Take charge of the professional development of your team members, including Behaviour Team Interns and Registered Behaviour Technicians. Guide them through fieldwork supervision and nurture their growth towards becoming certified professionals.
- ** Strategic Impact**: Participate actively in our Team meetings, contributing to broader organisational initiatives. Cultivate professional networks with allied health, medical, and educational experts.
- ** Research and Quality**: Support research and dissemination projects that push the boundaries of behaviour analysis. Oversee annual quality assurance and improvement projects, ensuring the highest standards of care and services.
