Job Title: Program Manager, Supervisor Professional Development Program

This role is focused on leading the development and implementation of a strategic program plan to support the growth and self-renewal of a professional development program.

The successful candidate will have expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and digital platform content delivery.

  • Analyze business objectives and compile them into a comprehensive strategic plan.
  • Nurture key internal and external relationships to support current operations and future growth.
  • Oversee product development and delivery in close collaboration with innovation teams.
  • Evaluate program performance and make recommendations for improvement.

This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working with adult education and e-learning platforms.

Required Skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in adult education, medical education, or related field.
  • Project Management certification and/or suitable experience.
  • Experience working with digital platforms and e-learning content.
