**What's the role?**

You'll be part of the Group Reporting and Analytics team, working full-time in Sydney. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to deliver strong financial and regulatory control, provide financial insights, and build strong stakeholder relationships. Your role includes preparing and analysing regulatory returns, supporting business units, and driving continuous improvement in reporting processes. You'll focus on analysing business drivers, presenting commercial outcomes, and ensuring accurate data capture and validation.

**What do I need?**
- Strong understanding of banking products and business performance drivers
- Background in finance and accounting (CA/CPA preferred
- Previous relevant experience in financial services
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to articulate business outcomes
- Curiosity and initiative to ensure accurate external reporting
