**About the Role**

You will be instrumental in driving Carma's growth through the creation and implementation of innovative training content that will allow our teams to elevate their understanding and capability. We're in the early stages of developing our training framework and content - so at this stage you will get the chance to be involved in all things training - from content and framework creation, as well as a facilitation and train the trainer

**Responsibilities;**:

- Design and deliver engaging and effective learning solutions in response to the business's priorities
- Identify and create the most effective visual ideation to communicate learning solutions
- Work cross-functionally to conduct training needs assessments to inform training plans
- Communicate effectively and professionally with the internal team and stakeholders throughout the design process
- Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions to deliver training plans if required
- Create and implement the overall evaluation strategy for training plans

**About You;**:

- At least 5 years working within the training space, ideally as an instructional designer, or extensive involvement in training content creation
- Experience working with a wider variety of client groups (at Carma you will be working across blue collar, corporate, customer facing etc.)
- Tech savvy, able to learn new systems quickly and up-skill those around you
- Ideally you will have experience with an LMS
- Tertiary qualifications in adult learning, training and assessment or relevant field would be beneficial but not essential
- Any experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry would be beneficial
- Tertiary qualifications in adult learning, training and assessment e.g Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent would be preferred
