Overview

Responsibilities
  • Advise and consult with SMEs to guide the process of learning needs and training solutions, based on adult instructional theory and best practices
  • Contributes to design of new instructional modules and courses and redevelopment of existing instructional modules and courses
  • Implements modern learning technologies in the course creation process
  • Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum's values and ethical standards

Qualifications

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND five years of experience with multiple course authoring modalities, including video, HTML5, Camtasia, SCOs such as Articulate and others.
  • Minimum of five years designing and developing eLearning.

Additional qualifications
  • Experience in creating learning simulations for software
  • Video and animation experience
  • Professional training in Adult Education, Organisational Learning, Education Technology, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Psychology or related field
  • Background in healthcare helpful
  • Skills include big-picture thinking, visual and written storytelling
  • Interpersonal skills and judgment to interact effectively with a broad spectrum of people, both individually and in groups
