Overview
Biosymm Belmont, Western Australia, Australia. We are looking for a Massage Therapist and a Massage Therapist Lead to join our growing team in Belmont. The role is full-time, with on-site and in-clinic massage services for private and corporate clients to meet injury management and employee wellbeing requirements. The Massage Therapist Lead coordinates and grows the corporate wellness service and mentors a growing team of Massage Therapists.
Drive-in / drive-out and fly-in / fly-out rosters vary depending on respective work sites. Services provided include massage therapy services and general health promotion services.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality massage therapy services to private and corporate clients (in-clinic and on-site).
For the Lead role: coordinate and grow the corporate wellness service and mentor a team of Massage Therapists.
Support injury management and employee wellbeing initiatives.
Engage with workplaces to deliver massage and health promotion services.
What You Need
Diploma in Massage Therapy or higher and current professional association membership
Past experience in leading and mentoring teams (as the Lead)
Strong active listening skills and emotional intelligence
Ability to use electronic client management systems and MS Suite
Ability to proactively establish and sustain effective stakeholder relationships
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Current C Class Manual Driver's License with the ability to drive a manual light vehicle
