**About Us**:
Taking Care Mobile Massage (TCMM) is a proudly family-owned Australian business established in 2004 in Melbourne, Victoria. We exist to serve the aged care community, bringing wellness, care, respect, trust and connection to our over 65s through the delivery of Federally funded Home Care Package (HCP) massages.
Did you know social isolation and loneliness is known to impact 20% of older Australians. This rate increases a further 40% for those aged over 65, making it one of the biggest issues in aged care. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
Included but not limited to:
- In-bound & out-bound phone calls to establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and our customers, helping to build trust and rapport.
- Client compliance and related admin.
- Working effectively within the support office, with therapists and management to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assisting the rostering team where needed.
- Assisting the referrals team where needed.

**About You**:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service and listening skills.
- Strong administration skills.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office) with a keen eye for detail.
- Prior experience in reception would be highly regarded.
- Wants to work in a supportive and positive environment.
