As we continue to expand nationally and internationally, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our leadership team.The OpportunityThis role is primarily focused on leading the successful delivery of brownfields and sustaining capital projects for Tier 1-3 resource companies.
As the Manager Sustaining Capital, you will oversee project execution from planning through to completion, ensuring engineering resources are effectively coordinated.
In addition to its technical leadership function, this role will drive business development activities by proactively identifying opportunities, managing client engagement and executing strategic initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Sustaining Capital ManagementLead the end-to-end delivery of brownfields and sustaining capital projects for Tier 1-3 resource companies, ensuring alignment with client expectations, safety standards, and project timelines.Collaborate with internal engineering disciplines and external contractors to coordinate resources and ensure efficient project execution.Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive solutions to maintain project momentum.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and engineering practices.
