**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Preparing and issuing employment contracts and related documents, ensuring everything is accurate and aligned with company policies.
- Verifying mandatory pre-employment documents to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Providing exceptional administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team to keep everything running smoothly.

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualification in HR (or working towards) highly regarded
- Work experience in a TA or HR function would be advantageous
- A working knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices
- Valid Blue Card and National Police Check or willingness to obtain (we will fund this for you)
