About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-drivenInventory Controllerto lead inventory management across three sites.
This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with quality standards.
You'll be responsible for monitoring stock levels, reducing waste, and driving improvements in inventory performance.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
Monitor and reduce inventory carrying costs, including slow-moving and obsolete stock
Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
Prepare and deliver timely inventory reports and analyses
Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to optimise stock turnover
Implement best practices to minimise write-offs and improve inventory placement
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in inventory management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with ERP systems and inventory software
Knowledge of inventory optimisation, cost control, and quality standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in warehouse operations and cross-functional collaboration
