As the first point of contact for all customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience. About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site
  • Keeping customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles
  • Handling telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting management with inventory, including parts, paint, and consumables
  • Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
