**Mad Mex** is on the lookout for energetic people with customer service experience to join the friendly team at our **Westfield Tuggerah** restaurant location.

**About the role**:

- You will deliver amazing, authentic and attentive customer service experiences.
- You will prepare delicious burritos, nachos and tacos with care and pride.
- You will help us keep our restaurant safe, clean and welcoming for our guests.
- You will support your teammates by acting with integrity, compassion and respect.

**To be considered for this role you will**:

- possibly have **experience** in either hospitality, retail, or QSR operations;
- be excited about delivering awesome levels of **customer service**, restaurant **presentation** and food **quality**:

- possibly have **experience** with basic food handling;
- understand the basics of **food safety** and **hygiene**;
- have at least a medium level of **computer literacy**;
- have **high energy** and **initiative** levels;
- have a **calm** and **friendly** demeanour;
- be both **reliable** and **flexible** to work across a range of shift days and times.
