**Your new company**

Join an ASX listed, established and reputable manufacturing organisation undergoing multiple transformations with a focus on moving to agile ways of working. Gaps have been identified which include current ways of working and structure, leading to this role requirement.

**Your new role**

As a Scrum Master, you will be driving the agile transformation in conjunction with the wider transformation journey the business has been embarking on. Working with a team of 8 within the supply chain and systems team, your key focus is implementing agile scrum. This will include the development of the stakeholder engagement model and ensuring the current processes in place will be developed to create a more structured and agile ways of working.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master within larger, corporate organisations.
- Implementation of agile frameworks and driving adoption of new ways of working
- Drive facilitation of scrum, retros, tracking ceremonies, artefacts and cadence
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders which may be resistant
- Coaching team members and improvement of processes and incorporation of techniques alongside the Product Owners
- Teaching scrum practices and principles to wider business
