Our John Holland OHW team prides itself in finding the safest, most efficient solutions for constructing OHW systems in ever changing dynamic environments. We strive for success and to always ensure a quality outcome for our partners and clients in the Rail Infrastructure that we build and maintain.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Rail Traction Lineworkers of all levels to join our team based in Seven Hills in full-time roles. Reporting to the Overhead Wiring Manager, these roles will support our Rail Services business in maintaining & constructing Rail Infrastructure as well as the construction of John Holland's Major Projects. Works are predominantly in Sydney but also interstate as required. There will be a requirement for nightshift as well as weekend work.

**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Installation of Mast Foundations
- Installation of OHW Masts and Portals
- Pre-assembly, fabrication of OHW assemblies
- Installation of assemblies and hardware
- Stringing and tensioning of conductors - Catenary and Contact wires
- Making of Electrical and Mechanical connections
- Removal of redundant infrastructure
- Quality assurance checks

We are looking for a skilled, proactive individuals who have excellent communication skills and who embody John Holland's values - caring, empowering, imaginative and future-focused.

Applicants may have the following relevant skills and qualifications:

- Trade Qualification Certificate in Rail Traction (Desirable)
- Trade qualified distribution/ transmission lineworker
- Experience with Sydney Trains Overhead Wiring Systems (or similar)
- Rigging Licence
- Dogging Licence
- EWP ticket >11m
- Working at Heights Certificate
- HR/MR Driving Licence
