Job Overview

A senior professional is sought to lead our team in delivering complex overhead wiring systems for major rail projects. The ideal candidate will work on current and future programs, including Sydney Metro and Western Sydney infrastructure.

  • Lead the delivery of systems for major rail projects.
  • Manage workload, costing, and scheduling across teams.
  • Mentor a small team of engineers.
  • Provide technical guidance aligning with OHW standards (1500V DC).
  • Collaborate closely with SMEs.

The successful applicant will have 10-15 years of OHW/OLE systems experience, minimum 5+ years delivering projects for Sydney Trains, and expertise in TfNSW OHW standards and experience in 1500V DC systems and 25kV AC OHW systems. Proven experience managing projects and mentoring junior engineers is essential.
