Job Overview

We are seeking skilled engineers to join our team as Rail Overhead Wiring Project Engineers for a 12-month contract. The successful candidates will be part of the delivery team responsible for the overhead wiring packages on the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport project.

Candidates can expect immediate start and have options for payment through their ABN or PAYG via Randstad.

The ideal candidate will have full Australian work rights and 5-10 years of experience in OHW projects on rail environments. We welcome applications from qualified professionals who can commit to a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure installation, testing and commissioning of OHW systems are carried out safely, efficiently and to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors for OHW installation, ensuring alignment with project schedules and safety requirements.
  • Monitor progress, manage interfaces between disciplines and support project delivery to meet milestones.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 5-10 years of OHW experience on rail projects.
  • Experience in overhead wiring projects in major rail environments preferred.
  • Immediate availability and commitment to a 12-month contract.
  • Full Australian work rights.
