**Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity now exists for a Fleet Coordinator to join the "Most Trusted Tyre Brand" in the Tyre industry at our Rocklea Store.**

**About The Role**

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the provision of timely and efficient administrative assistance of all Fleet Service Technician sales to enable operational requirements to be achieved. You will assist the Service Manager and the Store Manager in the coordination and management of our mobile service fleet. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be based at our Rocklea store in a role that can offer you career growth opportunities.

You will provide the highest level of customer service and support to all internal and external store customers. You will obtain order numbers and convert work orders into invoices, update the fleet tyre service docket (FTSD) register, complete consignment delivery administration in our computer system, and prepare weekly timesheets for Service Fitters. Preparing and helping to review analytics reports and helping the team with stock management are also functions of this role.

**About you**

You will have excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus, a good understanding of operations of the fleet, the ability to build and maintain external and internal relationships, a calm approach to high pressure situations, and managing conflicting demands.

Key to the role is being able to work with in a team environment and also autonomously. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet targets and KPIs is highly desirable.

Knowledge of the tyre industry will assist your transition into this career defining role however is not essential. Training will be provided to assist you to succeed in the role.
