**Your New Role**:
As the Integration Engineering Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the operational management, continuous improvement and delivery of the Fund's Microsoft Azure-based integration environment (including logic apps, functions, APIs, APIM, service bus, event grid, and other integration components), as well as the Fund's file transfer platforms (including Axway MFT and JAMS). The role will actively champion continuous improvement to ensure technology platforms remain current as well as assisting with delivery of new integrations into the environment. The role includes working collaboratively with other Technology Services colleagues, including architects, systems engineers, and delivery teams.

**Key duties include but are not limited to**:

- Provide 24x7 operational support (via an on-call roster system) for integration services, including incident resolution and problem management.
- Support operational management of the Azure-hosted Fund Integration Platform (FIP) and file transfer platforms such as Axway MFT and JAMS, including management of build and configuration activities, monitoring, observability and alerting, as well as lifecycle management.
- Assist with development of new integrations and deliver enhancements on existing integrations workflows, using established integration patterns.
- Assist in the design, development, deployment and configuration of workloads to Azure in a DevOps environment, embracing code-first approach.
- Assist support teams when they are unable to resolve an issue, including support outside of normal business hours on occasion.
- Ensure all Incidents and Service Requests are handled effectively across each channel, within agreed SLAs, to deliver colleague satisfaction.
- Detect and log possible problems, troubleshoot with internal and third-party teams to drive proactive resolution of issues.Monitor the status and progress toward resolution of assigned Incidents and Service Requests, liaising between customers, other areas of Technology Services and external vendors.

**What You'll Need**:

- 2+ years' experience in technical positions, ideally with prior technical experience working with Azure or integration services in a complex technical environment.
- Some understanding of modern integration solutions and able to demonstrate knowledge of integration concepts, principles and discipline.
- Some understanding of Terraform and code driven pipelines using Azure DevOps is advantageous.
- Experience in scripting and automation, ideally with skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash or similar.
- Some understanding of development of workflows through Azure Services (logic apps, function apps) and APIs will be highly desirable.
- Some technical knowledge and understanding of integration platforms and services such as:

- Azure APIM
- Axway API Gateway
- Axway Managed File Transfer
- JAMS Job Scheduler
- Azure Functions
- Azure LogicApps
- Azure EventGrid
- Azure Service Bus
- Microservices
- Automation and scripting (Terraform, ARM, Python, Powershell, etc.)
- Some experience in Agile ways of working to enhance products and services.Understanding and working knowledge of ITIL and other relevant ITSM frameworks.
