As an Engineering MIS Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our engineering systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Investigate, validate, and resolve issues affecting data integrity in a timely manner.
  • Provide resolution or recommendation on system process changes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct Systems and Business Analysis including user requirement gathering, process review, data mapping, system testing, and implementation of TRAX related projects.
  • Act as a primary resource in projects related to Engineering MIS (TRAX).
  • Manage Engineering MIS (TRAX) defects, patches, and modifications by working closely with end-users, Product Owner, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Design and develop scripts to resolve data discrepancies caused by user errors, process inefficiency or system bugs.
  • Develop scripts and perform data migration related to fleet induction and/or transfers within the group and/or other bulk data processing requirements.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendor service providers for systems integrated to Engineering MIS (TRAX).

We are seeking candidates with experience, qualifications, and attributes including:

  • System Support/Administration/Analyst experience.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Solid internal and external stakeholder management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or IT or relevant TRAX experience.
  • Experience in system upgrade and/or data migration (Desirable).
  • Intermediary skills on Oracle PL SQL, Power Apps, and/or Power BI (Desirable).
  • Familiarity in using API and/or web services (Desirable).
  • Knowledge in Tomcat and/or Linux server configuration and troubleshooting. (Desirable).
  • Knowledge/Experience on Spec 2K and/or AeroXchange (Desirable).
