**T**HE OPPORTUNITY**

This position presents a unique opportunity to be part of the newly formed TAFE NSW Integrity Unit in one of the leading education providers in Australia. As a member of the Integrity Unit you will be promoting a culture of transparency, accountability and integrity across TAFE NSW. The Integrity Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration of TAFE NSW's Fraud Corruption Prevention Framework to ensure timely identification, triage and referral of matters. The role will provide specialist support to the corruption prevention officers in maintaining the integrity environment of TAFE NSW and its staff.

In this role, you will use your knowledge of legislation and fraud and corruption control standards to contribute and support the effective delivery of the Corruption Prevention Framework enabling TAFE NSW to achieve high ethics and integrity standards. You will support the intake, assessment and case management of suspected fraud and corruption matters including the assessment and compliance requirements of the Public Interest Disclosures and whistle blower policies, as well as the review of integrity registers and maintenance of key policies.

**A**BOUT YOU**

To succeed in this role you will have demonstrated knowledge of contemporary corruption prevention themes, emergent trends and strategies within the public sector as well as demonstrated experience in fraud and corruption investigations. Experience or proven ability to prepare senior briefings such as ministerial senior executive and Independent Commission Against Corruption briefings on serious matters is essential to this role. Experience with Service Now will be highly regarded. Your ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders will be key to your success. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities are essential as is the ability to respond in a flexible and agile way to changing timelines and requirements.
